The ZS series layered sieve is suitable for assembly line operations and is an ideal equipment for continuous discharge of materials with varying proportions of coarse and small particles.

Structure and properties
This machine consists of a hopper, oscillation chamber, coupling, motor, etc. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheels, rubber software, main shaft, bearings, etc. The adjustable eccentric heavy hammer is driven by a motor and transmitted to the centerline of the spindle. In an unbalanced state, it generates centrifugal force, forcing the material to change and form a vortex in the sieve. The amplitude of the heavy hammer regulator can be adjusted according to different materials and sieve screens. The whole machine has a compact structure, small volume, no dust, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, and is easy to move and maintain.
